Broadway Deck Remodel

For this renovation, we removed the home's original pressure-treated wood deck and replaced it with a durable, low-maintenance composite decking system. The new design features a spacious screened-in porch for all-season enjoyment, along with an open section perfect for grilling and outdoor gatherings. Below, a concrete patio extends the length of the home, seamlessly expanding the living space outdoors. A portion of the patio is covered by the deck above, providing a sheltered area for added versatility.
